JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe responsibilities of the Architectural Project Manager is to work under minimal supervision to carry out the necessary design documentation of various Product lines such as single family townhome style and higher density condo type buildings.
Applicant must be passionate about residential design up to date with current trends and be able to adapt to new building styles and types.
Carry out designdrafting assignments of a moderately complex nature with latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgement Prepare layouts drawings and details according to direction provided by other members of the team Prepare construction documents and city submittals Prepare conceptual layouts of townhomes and living units Coordinate bidding and construction documents with Construction Team.
