We are looking for someone that can work full time, is great on the phone and great with details.
They must be able to follow systems and not miss steps in processes.
Must be willing to have a flexible schedule but generally should be available between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.
Must be very computer literate and love of people and details.
Should have at least some college, be able to work autonomously and follow direction.
Should have customer service experience.
Duties Eternally Optimistic Incoming phones, emails, text messages Scheduling appointments Customer and employee happiness AR & collections Building processes Running reports, Prioritizing tasks Helping the technicians be successful Updating reports Using Google Docs, Trello, Spreadsheets, and Web Applications.
Training Inventory 1000 other things.
