Responsibilities:
Support the lead Montessori Teacher in implementing the Montessori curriculum, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students.
Assist in preparing the classroom and materials, ensuring they are organized, clean, and age-appropriate.
Observe and monitor student activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes independence, respect, and cooperation among students.
Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of student progress and behavior, and communicate observations to the lead teacher.
Participate actively in training sessions and workshops as part of the 2-year Montessori training program.
Contribute to the overall school community by participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
