Responsibilities:
- Design, install, program and maintain control systems, pre wire new build and remodels, programming systems and networks and components - Troubleshoot and repair issues using schematics and logic controllers - Perform facilities maintenance tasks as needed - Supervise and coordinate work activities of other technicians - Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, smart home electronics, networks and components - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers - Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong customer service skills We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
