George is looking for an experienced veterinary technician.
We are an emergency only clinic with operating hours during nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities Assisting veterinarians with exams, anesthesia, surgeries, caring for patients, including lab work, radiographs, cytology, culture/sensitivity, cleaning Qualifications supreme organizational skills, exceptional customer service/communication, venipuncture skill, IV catheter placement, operate lab machines, take radiographs, basic microscopy, cytology, urinalysis, fecal exams, animal restraint, able to lift 50 pounds, self motivated, reliable, team player, detail oriented, positive attitude.
The ability to multi-task and keep calm during stressful situations is a must Requirements:
- minimum of 1yr experience as a veterinary technician - must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment - detail-oriented, outgoing, reliable and honest.
Must be able to work some graveyard shifts.
Additional Information Hourly wage dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
