CarShield is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its growing IT team and help lead ongoing and new IT projects.
Successful candidates will have a demonstrated record of supporting successful completion of projects, from needs assessment to deployment.
They will also possess exemplary organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this position is responsible for:
Analyzing, planning, and developing requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects; Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel, while ensuring all subordinates are actively working towards established milestones; Holding regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions for specific projects and / or initiatives; Holding regular business meetings to gather requirements, update the business on project status, or as needed for specific projects and / or initiatives; Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members for specific projects and / or initiatives; Researching and evaluating hardware and software options and weighing the cost / benefits analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company or presenting to executives; Executing, documenting and follow through on all project phases.
Requirements for Technical Project Manager Must be able to work in-office in St.
Georges, UT; 3
years of experience in similar role; Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; Demonstrated understanding of Project Management methodologies, processes, and strategies; Experience with Jira; Experience in an Agile work environment; Proven problem solving and analytical skills; Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly ramp up on business needs and technologies; Ability to multi-task within a collaborative team environment; Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision making; Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent; Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done; Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills; Strong Time Management and Self-Motivation Skills.
