Every day our queue fills up with requests from clients to rewrite their job ads.

So each day you are assigned a few ads based on your experience skillset and schedule.
For each of your assigned ads you pull information from the answers that the client provided to specific questions their prior ad their website and your research about the industry.
Based on that information you write an ad that accurately represents the company and the job making sure that it will entice the right candidates to click apply.
You are also careful to pick keywords that will get the ad in front of the right candidates.
