Employment: Six months current employment with verification and stability and/or employment history must have a good pattern if new job. 6. Applicants must have an established rental history. a. Additional fees that may occur during leasing period: a. 10% of rent amount late fee for rent payment after the 5th of the month. $75.00 NSF Fee on all returned funds, and $300.00 Re-letting fee for breaking a lease. 13.
